Resurrection Sunday 2019 event jointly presented by Shekinah and the Salvation Army Christchurch City Corps was moved from Cathedral Square to The Salvation Army Citadel due to wet weather.

Major Earle Ivers and Pastor Peter Hira delivered powerful Resurrection messages, while the Salvation Army Band, the Salvation Army Songsters and an inter-church choir joined together to sing favourite Easter Hymns and the famous Hallelujah Chorus!

Shekinah is grateful to Lt Colonel Gordon Daly, Bandmaster Martin Robertson, Songster Leader Heather Kench, Tim Bell and singers from around the city for their kind support and help in making this event such a memorable one.
